Coping with Coronavirus

It’s been a big, tough week. In conversations with friends, family, and clients about navigating this moment, I keep returning to the idea that while there is going to be stress, we do not have to unconsciously internalize fear. Taking a moment to notice the unexamined anxiety you may find yourself carrying around is grounding. Taking a few deep breaths and then turning to observe your surroundings, practicing returning to the immediate present, is freeing. Not a miracle cure, but helpful.
